Parkersburg City Council passes Outdoor Fireplace Ordinance

A new city ordinance passed on July 26^th, 2016 now allows city residents to use fire pits and outdoor chimneys.  See the attached document for the new regulations. A burn permit is still required for residents wanting to burn brush and vegetation on their property. The burn permit regulations are located under the FAQ section of our website.
